Before submitting your Partner Search the following conditions apply:
1. Always ensure your ad is in upper and lower case. Ads in upper case only, will not be published.
2. Published ads will be deleted after a (4) four month period and then you may submit another in the usual way.
3. No ad will be duplicated within the (4) month period. To update an email address or phone number, please email the Partner Search Web Manager - marion@dsq.org.au
4. If you find a partner please notify the Partner Search Web Manager - marion@dsq.org.au to have your listing deleted by stating the State and date of insertion. This saves others from wasting their time and annoying you with email messages or phone calls.
5. All replies must be by either email, or phone direct to the Advertiser.
6. Ads will only be placed at the discretion of the webmaster – any applications which appear non-genuine will be rejected.
7. An acknowledgement will be sent when your ad has been placed. You can then send a photograph by reply email if you choose.
8. To be accepted, photographs will need to conform to the following:-
a. The file format is to be .jpg
b. The file size no larger than 100k
c. The image size not greater than 500 x 500
